Exercise is an essential ingredient to a healthy lifestyle. With the rising costs of health care I believe that prevention of injury and illness should be a primary concern when establishing fitness goals and objectives. It is important to appreciate the unique strengths, weaknesses and outcomes desired for each individual that I train. I believe in taking a holistic approach to training; allowing people to increase their functional abilities, health, wellness, and quality of life.
As a graduate of Pacific University in Exercise Science I enjoy applying knowledge from biomechanics, exercise physiology and perceptual motor learning to each training session. As a competitive student athlete I have experience in goal setting and helping a group achieve their aspirations.
