My goal for all clients is to design a personalized program just for you, recognizing and appreciating that each of you comes with your own unique personality, strengths, challenges, lifestyle, and fitness goals. With over ten years of experience and education in the field of fitness and wellness in Central Oregon, I bring knowledge, professionalism, and passion to my clients. I work closely with the healthcare community to develop and manage physical activity and appropriate lifestyle programs for individuals following treatment or rehabilitation for injuries or documented diseases. I will identify imbalances and weaknesses in order to design a program to improve your functional strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and performance, whether it be an athletic endeavor or improved activities of daily living.
On a personal level, I appreciate all the beauty Central Oregon has to offer and enjoy trail running, Nordic skiing, cycling backpacking, kayaking and hiking and support and participate in local races and fundraisers such as the Pole Pedal Paddle, the Great Nordeen skate ski race, and the Dirty Half Marathon.
